These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nanjubeishe.store (the “Website”) and your purchase of products offered under the NANJUBEISHE brand.

The Website is operated by Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing the Website, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

NANJUBEISHE is the brand presented on the Website.

Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd. is authorized by Shaoxing Nanjubeishe Textile Co., Ltd. to market, sell, and provide customer service and after-sales support for NANJUBEISHE products in the United States.

Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd. is responsible for Website operation, order processing, payment administration, shipping coordination, customer support, returns, refunds, and after-sales service for purchases made through nanjubeishe.store.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order through the Website.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.

You may not use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

If customer-account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities conducted through your account.

  • The number of curtain panels included is determined by the package contents shown on the applicable product page.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the normal use of a product are not generally considered defects.

4. Product Use and Care

Products must be used, installed, cleaned, and maintained according to the instructions and care information provided on the applicable product page or packaging.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected dimensions, curtain style, mounting method, and intended use are suitable for their space before ordering.

Unless expressly stated in the product description, we do not guarantee complete light blocking, soundproofing, thermal insulation, fire resistance, or other specialized performance.

NANJUBEISHE products are intended for ordinary household decorative use unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

5. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

We may limit purchase quantities, suspend sales, or discontinue a product at any time.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product or create a completed order.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact the customer. We may cancel the unavailable item and issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.

6. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on the Website are listed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

The final order amount will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

The final total may include:

  • Product prices.
  • Applicable sales tax.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable.
  • Discounts or promotional adjustments.
  • Other charges clearly disclosed before payment.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, quantity, or description error, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

  • Unsupported shipping destinations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used through PayPal.

8. Payment

We currently accept payment through PayPal only.

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the selected PayPal account or funding source and that all billing information provided is accurate.

PayPal may offer eligible customers different funding options, including a PayPal balance, linked bank account, debit card, credit card, or guest checkout. Availability is determined by PayPal.

We do not directly collect or store complete PayPal passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or bank account login credentials.

9. Payment Confirmation and Verification

An order will enter processing only after we receive successful payment confirmation.

PayPal may place a transaction under review, mark it as pending, or request additional verification.

We may contact the customer to verify order information, shipping details, contact information, or payment status.

We will never request a PayPal password, complete card number, bank account password, or authentication code by email or telephone.

We may delay or cancel an order that cannot reasonably be verified or that PayPal identifies as unauthorized, invalid, reversed, or high risk.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order cancellation or change, contact us within 12 hours after placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing or has shipped.

Shipping-address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

If the order has already shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to unsupported destinations listed in our Shipping Policy.

Eligible orders receive free standard shipping unless a different charge is clearly displayed before payment.

Current estimated delivery timeframes, order-processing periods, supported destinations, tracking procedures, address requirements, and procedures for delayed or lost shipments are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, address problems, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Product Issues

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

The following matters are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

  • Use Website photographs or product descriptions for resale.
