NANJUBEISHE is a home textile brand presented on nanjubeishe.store. The website is operated by Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd.

Accepted Payment Method

Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd. currently accepts payment through PayPal only.

We do not currently accept direct payment by:

  • Cash;
  • Check or money order;
  • Cash on delivery;
  • Wire transfer or direct bank transfer;
  • Cryptocurrency; or
  • Third-party gift card.

The PayPal logo displayed on our website represents the payment method currently available during checkout.

PayPal Funding Sources

Depending on the customer’s location, PayPal account, device, and eligibility, PayPal may allow payment using:

  • A PayPal balance;
  • A linked bank account;
  • An eligible debit card;
  • An eligible credit card; or

PayPal may offer guest checkout to eligible customers. Guest checkout availability is controlled by PayPal and cannot be guaranteed by NANJUBEISHE.

Payment Currency

All product prices, order totals, payments, shipping charges, taxes, and refunds on nanjubeishe.store are processed in United States dollars (USD).

If a customer uses a PayPal account or funding source denominated in another currency, PayPal or the customer’s financial institution may:

  • Convert the payment into USD;
  • Apply its own exchange rate; or
  • Charge a currency-conversion or international transaction fee.

These exchange rates and fees are determined by PayPal or the customer’s financial institution and are not controlled by NANJUBEISHE or Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd.

Prices, Shipping, and Taxes

The final order total will be displayed during checkout before the customer authorizes payment.

The total may include:

Eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States currently receive free standard shipping, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Payment Process

NANJUBEISHE and Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd. cannot override a payment decision made by PayPal or the customer’s financial institution.

Duplicate or Unrecognized Charges

Before making another payment attempt, customers should review their PayPal transaction history to determine whether the original payment was completed or remains pending.

A temporary authorization may sometimes appear separately from a completed transaction. Temporary authorizations are controlled by PayPal or the customer’s financial institution and may be removed automatically.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please contact us and provide:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number, if available;
  • Email address used during checkout;
  • PayPal transaction ID; and
  • A description of the issue.

Do not send your PayPal password, complete card number, bank account password, security code, or other sensitive login information.

We will review our order records and assist with confirmed duplicate payments.

Order Verification

To help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, we may review an order before fulfillment.

We may contact the customer to confirm:

  • Order information;
  • Shipping information;
  • Contact information;
  • Payment status; or

We will never request a customer’s PayPal password, complete payment-card number, bank account password, or authentication code by email or telephone.

We may delay or cancel an order if it cannot reasonably be verified or if PayPal reports that the payment is unauthorized, reversed, invalid, or high risk.

If a successfully paid order is canceled, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used through PayPal.

Payment Security

NANJUBEISHE and Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd. do not directly collect or store:

  • Complete payment-card numbers entered through PayPal;
  • Complete bank account login information;
  • PayPal security codes; or
  • PayPal authentication credentials.

Our order system and PayPal may process transaction, contact, device, security, fraud-prevention, and payment-related information as necessary to complete and protect the transaction.

Customers are responsible for protecting their PayPal login information and using a secure device and network when completing payment.

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us within 12 hours after placing the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

If an order has already shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method used through PayPal.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used to complete the purchase through PayPal.

Refunds cannot be redirected to:

  • A different PayPal account;
  • A different credit or debit card;
  • A different bank account;
  • Cash or check;
  • Cryptocurrency; or
  • Another payment method.

Neijiang Weiyun Trading Co., Ltd. will initiate an approved refund within 10 business days after the return or refund request has been inspected and approved.

PayPal or the customer’s financial institution may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in the original account or funding source.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that a refund was approved, please contact us at service@nanjubeishe.store.

Refund eligibility, return conditions, return shipping costs, damaged or incorrect products, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Payment Disputes
